iPowerGRFX holds the copyrights to all content and images on every website we design; no permissions are granted or implied. As Internet publicists, we choose to act in good conscience with our unique combination of technical, artistic and marketing skills. We will not support or promote anything we deem immoral or antisocial, such as anti-American political pursuits, anti-Christian / anti-Semitic religious pursuits, any form of hate, bigotry or ANY facet of the adult industries. As a job shop, we do not provide refunds, nor will we add new elements to a project without written cost adjustment. When you choose an hourly rate arrangement, such as site updates not covered by a service plan or expedited requests, PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE WITHIN 10-BUSINESS DAYS OF COMPLETION. This enables us to pay bills, as well as associate designers / personnel who may work on a per project basis. Both returned checks and payments in arrears are subject to additional fees.
